The Porta del mare (Gate of the sea in Italian) of S’Arpagiu is a recently renovated villa, ideally situated in a quiet yet not isolated area, overlooking the sea of Southern Sardinia. The property, built with high quality local materials, holds a modern charm and presents itself as an ideal place to spend a peaceful holiday: the spacious garden, with its comfortably shaded and functionally equipped areas is the perfect space for those seeking to relax. Located along the coast road that goes from Cagliari to Villasimius, the most famous tourist destinations in the area can easily be reached from the villa.
The building, spread over 3 levels, is characterised by its stone walls and large arches which perfectly frame the idyllic view of the local sea.
The bright living room with dining area can be accessed directly from three different entrances: from the main arched French window near the car park, from the arched French window on the veranda facing the sea, or from the kitchen corridor which leads to the covered BBQ area. From the living room, past a small corridor one can access the guest bathroom.
The kitchen corner features a circular counter that takes up the shape of the columns and the fireplace at the center of the single room. Adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious patio, equipped with a BBQ, a Sardinian oven for bread and pizza, induction burners and a sink with adjoining worktop, as well as a stone table for over 12 people (which can be converted into a fun ping pong table if necessary), where you will be able to enjoy outdoor lunches and dinners in an intimate and cozy enviroment, protected from the wind yet always within view of the sea. Also from the living room you can access the sleeping area through the staircase where are located four double bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The master bedroom with balcony is equipped with a bathroom with shower; next to it is another bedroom equipped with a bathtub and continuing is the other bathroom with a shower. Next door is a bedroom furnished with a French bed and finally, on the same floor, is the bedroom with shower and en suite bathroom. Each bedroom is equipped with high-quality mattresses and has its own wardrobe and bathroom. The fourth bathroom is located on the top floor, as well as an access to the terrace. The villa, which as seen can accommodate up to 8 people, is surrounded by a meticulously maintained garden which extends in front of the house up to the gate that opens onto the sea. Near the gate is a large pool area with a rectangular fresh water swimming pool, a solarium, equipped with sun loungers for moments of relaxation in the shade of a modern electrical foldable pergola and finally a spacious lounge with a jacuzzi and a sitting area where you can relax and dedicate yourself to reading or let yourself be lulled by the sound of the sea. An artificial pier opens directly in front of the gate which delimits the sea area in front of the property. The villa is equipped with an alarm system, ducted air conditioning, smart TV, WI-FI inside and outside the house, video intercom, ample parking and private security.

Please communicate your estimated time of arrival in advance using the contact details on the booking confirmation.
Upon arrival, will be required a security deposit of one thousand euros in cash. The entire security deposit will be returned after the condition of the house has been checked.
